Our Mission Statement

We support and empower Domestic Violence Victims and Survivors to get past the pain and create a life full of respect, happiness and love.

1. We believe in Healing: Everyone is different and has many levels of growth and healing.
2. We believe in Self-Care: Taking care of ourselves is so important to be able to blossom and heal into your new journey into the light of an incredible life
3. We believe in Nurturing Mind, Body and Spirit: All 3 were broken, battered and bruised during that toxic time. They all need attention and love.
4. We believe in the Grieving Process: It is ok and perfectly normal to grieve over the loss of the relationship that you had hoped for. Moving past the pain is the beginning of growth and self love.
5. We believe in Community: Surrounding ourselves with others who truly recognize, empathize and understand your thoughts and feelings in a supportive judge free space is paramount to moving forward.
